Return Policy & Process

14.2.If the goods differ significantly from the description given in the sales advertisement or the photo of the product and the Buyer therefore wishes to return the goods to Relove Clothing, the following must be done:

14.2.1. The Buyer must send a message to us within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt of the goods, indicating the discrepancy of the goods from the sales advertisement, and agree on the place and way of returning the goods.

14.2.2. The right of return cannot be executed if the Buyer has received the goods if more than 48 (forty-eight) hours have passed since receipt of the goods.

14.2.3.The Buyer undertakes to return the goods in the same condition in which they were received.

14.2.4.After Relove Clothing have agreed upon returning the item and Relove Clothing has provided the necessary return details (as required by the specific delivery provider), the Buyer must ship the item within 72 (seventy-two) hours and share the return waybill with Relove Clothing. The item must be shipped using the same shipping method as was used for the initial delivery, unless agreed upon otherwise by the parties or where return is not possible using the same delivery provider.

14.2.5. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer, unless Relove Clothing and the Buyer agree upon otherwise.

14.2.6. Relove Clothing will Refund the Money only once it is received and checked that the goods are in the same condition it was in when sent to the buyer.
